What are our plans for you?

As an audit principal you devote the main part of your time to work for clients, in particular in the role of external accountant for assurance engagements. Another large part of your time will go into keeping track of and applying developments in the professional field and coaching and training of less experienced colleagues in the audit practice. They have ambitions and wish to learn. In your coaching role you are a crucial part of their development plans. Finally you also see to the coordination and launch of your own projects.

What do you need to offer?

In our team you most resemble a coach. That’s why you recognize yourself in the following points:

you currently have a position of accountant and you have at least 7 years of professional experience;
in your career you have worked at least as an engagement manager;
you have previously acted as a coach for team members and that role fits you perfectly;
you are a patient person who likes to help, is good at explaining, and derives satisfaction from helping others grow;
you are an expert communicator, you know how to convince and enthuse others;
you have a pragmatic approach, as a result of which you can easily switch between strategic thought and effective action.
